Nordic Testing Days 2026

Dragan Spiridonov brings 30 years of IT experience—from computer repair and sysadmin in 1996 to leading QA/QE functions for the past 12 years. After 8 years building QA/QE from the ground up at Alchemy, he founded Quantum Quality Engineering in October 2025, a Serbian consultancy bridging classical quality engineering with agentic AI approaches.

A practitioner of context-driven testing, Holistic Testing, and Rapid Software Testing, Dragan created the Agentic QE framework and adapted the PACT Framework for quality engineering contexts. He built three open-source agentic testing platforms and shares production lessons on The Quality Forge blog. As an Agentics Foundation ambassador, he's founding the Serbian chapter.

His philosophy: quality must be built in, not tested in.
