For the past 3 years, he has been leading multi-team quality and delivery as ‘Director of QA’ and ‘Head of QA and Test Consulting’ — building data-driven strategies, implementing KPI/OKR frameworks, and scaling automation to ensure reliable, on-time releases. He partners closely with Product and Engineering to turn quality insights into roadmap decisions and measurable business outcomes.
