I'm a Software Engineer at Nordnet and an international speaker passionate about continuous learning and growth. I've delivered talks at Agile Testing Days 2025 and Oracle APEX Nordic Days, and I try to live like I teach. Constantly embracing new challenges and stepping outside my comfort zone. Having grown quickly in the speaking world since starting my journey just this year, I'm living proof that adopting a growth mindset can transform what you believe is possible. I'm deeply passionate about creating environments where people feel happy at work and empowered to grow, and psychological safety is the foundation that makes all of that possible.
