About me
Chris (he/him) is a strategic and context-informed quality engineering leader with nearly two decades of experience helping organisations improve their quality practices. Specialising in strategic test leadership, Chris excels at cross-functional leadership, working across QA, Development, Product, and Delivery to establish strategies and standards that foster quality and collaboration. He is an advocate for moving teams from reactive delivery to deliberate improvement. As a certified Agile Testing Fellowship trainer, Chris brings significant experience in coaching, the development of training programmes, and building competency frameworks, always grounding his approach in empathy and pragmatism rather than top-down control. Chris has a strong track record of speaking at major global conferences (including multiple appearances at EuroSTAR and DreamForce) and is a foundational voice in the testing community as a co-host of the Testing Peers podcast & conference and a panellist on 9 out of 10 Testers. He is passionate about engaging with new people and facilitating discussions to encourage curiosity and shared ownership at every level.
