Kristel Kruustük is the Founder and Board Director of Testlio, a leading managed crowdsourced testing company that helps global brands deliver exceptional digital experiences. She grew up in a small town near Tallinn, Estonia, where she discovered her passion for software testing early in her career. After experiencing the challenges of freelancing platforms while working in London, she founded Testlio to create a better way of integrating expert testers into release processes. Today, Testlio helps leaders like PayPal, Tabby, Whatnot, Arsenal, Uber, and more deliver experiences that resonate with their users in over 150 countries. Beyond her work at Testlio, Kristel is an active angel investor focused on female-led companies, with six investments to date. She is a strong advocate for increasing diversity and representation in the startup ecosystem and is determined to help close the funding gap for women founders.
