Jonathon Wright is a strategic thought leader and distinguished technology evangelist. He specializes in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and automation, and has more than 25 years of international commercial experience within global organizations. As the Chief AI Officer (CAIO) of Testers.AI, he is responsible for R&D of the AI Agentic Testing platform. He actively contributes to global discussions on AI standards, policy, ethics, and regulation, particularly in relation to the EU AI Act and Trustworthy AI ethics, through his involvement with the BCS and the European Union AI Alliance.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Jonathon serves as the President of Vivit Worldwide, the largest independent software community, where he provides strategic insights to over 100,000 members across 120 countries. With a distinguished career spanning four decades, he is a sought-after keynote speaker, having presented at TED on Artificial Intelligence (2017), as well as at major industry conferences hosted by Gartner, IDC, Forrester, and international AI events.
This year Jonathon is chairman for the World Agentic AI Summit and programme chair for AutomationSTAR along with lead author for the upcoming book on ‘AI Assurance Engineering: Building Trustworthy Agentic AI Platforms’ (2026) with Jason Arbon (Google/Microsoft) and Dr Tariq King which is the follow up to the bestselling book ‘Artificial Intelligence in Software’ (2020).
